Several families have filed Indiana personal injury lawsuits against a bus company following a fatal bus accident in Indianapolis killed two occupants and left ten school children injured. The Indianapolis bus accident took place on Monday morning, March 12, when 60-year-old bus driver Thomas Spencer II was carrying 50 students to the Lighthouse Charter School on Emerson.
