The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities SFY2013 budget (chapter 17, SLA 12, page 137, line 6) provided for $2,000,000 to establish a State Match Program to provide for a portion of the required local match to Federal Transit Administration and Alaska Mental Health Trust transit grant funds. It is proposed that these funds be distributed to eligible grant recipients at a rate of 37.9% of the required match. The Municipality of Anchorage would receive 25% of the available match funds. Notice is given that the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), under authority vested by AS 2.15.020 and Title 17 AAC 42.125, intends to modify vehicle parking fees listed below for the Alaska International Airports System (AIAS), consisting of the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) and Fairbanks International Airport (FAI).
