Unfortunately, too many accidents are caused by drunk drivers who decide to get behind the wheel, even though they shouldn’t. These drivers often end up in horrific accidents which can cause serious injury or even death. One individual died recently and authorities are blaming the accident on drunk driving. Based on the limited amount of information available at this time, there’s simply no way to know whether this particular accident will lead to a liquor liability (dram shop) lawsuit against a bar, restaurant or individual. Generally speaking, however, a significant percentage of drunk driving accidents give rise to these types of claims each year. So then, what facts might enable the Bronx drunk driving accident victim’s estate or his surviving family members to successfully pursue see more
