Rally Car Route And Bike Path Improvements



The second annual M-15 Heritage Route Car Rally is scheduled for Saturday, June 2, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. “The Heritage Rally” allows participants to visit historic villages along the route while enjoying free food and giveaways. The event will stretch from Clarkston to Vassar, almost the full length of the M-15 Heritage Route. Whether you have a classic car or an everyday ride, anyone can participate. The rally is expected to be a first-class event that will benefit all the communities along the M 15 Heritage Route. The Department of Transportation (DelDOT) encourages motorists to plan ahead as the Memorial Day Weekend and summer season gets underway. The department will suspend road construction projects beginning at noon on Friday, May 25. Operations will not resume until Tuesday, May 29. DelDOT’s Transportation Management Center (TMC) will provide continuous monitoring of traffic conditions across the state.
