Miss Arizona Teen USA 2010 Tori Vance reportedly came onto law enforcement’s radar after she made an illegal U-turn in Los Angeles on May 5. The website reported that Vance, of Ahwatukee, Arizona, was arrested for misdemeanour DUI after she recorded a blood alcohol content of just over the legal limit of .08.
