Oversize and Overweight Permits, is amended to (1) clarify boundaries of Urban Area Peak Traffic Restrictions, (2) change speed restrictions for loads up to 14 feet wide, (3) add height pole requirements for load over 17 feet high, and (4) clarify requirements and specifications for pilot cars and operators.
